โดยมีหัวหน้างานกล่าวเปิดงาน บรรยายทิศทางองค์กร แล้วให้คณะกรรมการต่างๆของงาน นำเสนอผลลัพธ์ของการดำเนินงาน ในไตรมาส 1-4 ปีงบประมาณ 2564 ที่ผ่านมาหลังจากนั้น จึงสื่อสารแผนกลยุทธ์ของงานและร่วมทำแผนกลยุทธ์ปี 2565 ของงานการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยนอกและผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉิน ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 15 อาคารเฉลิมพระบารมี โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่  เมื่อวันที่ 16 ตุลาคม 2564
